Dog rescued from Canada Line tracks after leash caught in SkyTain doors

A dog was dragged for a short distance when its leash became caught in the doors of a SkyTrain car. Transit police say Mosha's owner boarded at Vancouver's City Hall Station just before noon Thursday, but the dog stayed on the platform.
