The owner of an Italian restaurant plans to defy Quebec’s COVID-19 restrictions and re-open at the end of the month. Kesté pizzeria will welcome clients on Jan. 30. But as Tim Sargeant reports, this move violates current restrictions which prohibit indoor dining.
