Montreal hasn't had a full summer experience since 2019 but this year is different: festivals are back in person, tourists are slowly starting to return and life is looking a little bit more like it did pre-pandemic. But some health-care professionals are urging people to use caution, reminding us that the COVID-19 health crisis is not entirely behind us. Global's Dan Spector has more.
