Canada election: Three B.C. races still too close to call in B.C.

After a nasty and expensive federal election campaign, Canadians voted on Monday to keep the status quo on Parliament Hill. While there were few changes to the overall federal picture, as Emily Lazatin reports, there were a handful of tight races and upsets here in B.C.
