Coronavirus: Quebec looking into tickets for people gathering in malls

Quebec Premier François Legault said that while they are looking at opening malls in the province starting Feb. 8, they will also be looking into giving out tickets to people gathering in malls, saying it won't be tolerated. Asked if there will be people conducting surveillance to ensure no gatherings happen, Legault said yes.

Quebec Premier François Legault said that while they are looking at opening malls in the province starting Feb. 8, they will also be looking into giving out tickets to people gathering in malls, saying it won't be tolerated.
