Ottawa unveils new measures to discourage travel

The federal government has unveiled new measures to discourage international travel and slow the spread of COVID-19. Starting this Sunday, major Canadian airlines will halt flights to the Caribbean and Mexico, and only four Canadian airports will allow international flights.
