Air travellers to Canada must now provide negative COVID-19 test

Canada-bound air travellers must now prove they do not have the novel coronavirus. The new rules are in addition to a mandatory 14-day quarantine for anyone arriving from outside the country. And, as Seán O’Shea reports, travellers arriving at Canada’s largest airport can now be tested again if they wish, free of charge.
