Some evacuated Grand Forks residents say recent flooding could have been prevented

Residents in Grand Forks’ Johnson Flats neighbourhood who are now under an evacuation order say that despite millions of dollars in provincial and federal funding, not enough has been done to protect their properties from flooding this year. Jules Knox reports.
