Liberal leader Justin Trudeau closed his campaign with several stops throughout British Columbia’s Lower Mainland. Trudeau hoped to motivate more of the young voters who helped him win the previous election. But as Abigail Bimman reports, he also had his eye on a rival in another part of the country – the Bloc Quebecois.
