The House of Commons has passed a proposed amendment to the criminal code in memory of a Kelowna woman who was allegedly killed by her estranged husband last summer. "Bailey's Law," named after Bailey McCourt, makes several changes surrounding domestic violence charges. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
