The federal and B.C. governments have announced $5 million in funding and new measures to crack down on extortion. There's been a wave of threats and violence in Vancouver’s suburbs and in other cities across the country. Some of the crimes have been linked to agents of the Indian government, renewing questions about Canada’s warming relationship with India. Touria Izri reports.
