The International Grand Committee on Big Data, Privacy and Democracy is wrapping up its three-day meeting in Ottawa. Representatives from 11 countries grilled executives from big tech giants like Facebook, Twitter, Apple and Amazon. As Mike Le Couteur explains, while not all of their questions were answered, some believe we are closer to a solution.
