Osoyoos facing huge expense to upgrade water treatment facilities
Description
February 22, 2019
It's a dry region, but Osoyoos residents still enjoy a safe and consistent water supply.
Now the community could be facing some major costs to upgrade the system.
It's not because the water is bad, but that water quality standards have changed.
