Wicked winds warped a crane in Mississauga and caused damage across the GTA. The weather packed an even bigger punch along Highway 400, where drivers found themselves faced with an April snowstorm. It led to dozens of vehicles being involved in multiple crashes. Shallima Maharaj reports.
