Cities up and down the Okanagan Valley continue to grapple with how to regulate the explosion of vacation rentals being listed on short-term rental sites.
In Penticton alone, up to 400 properties are being advertised to tourists as places to stay short-term.
But as Shelby Thom reports, they’re causing all kinds of problems for local residents.
