Construction chaos at Toronto’s Church and King in full swing

Construction at King and Church streets in Toronto is underway. The main artery in the city, has begun phase one of a four phase project. It’s already causing a lot of frustration for thousands of commuters. Rider advocates say while it’s frustrating, there is some good news to all of this. Lexy Benedict reports.
