Baldwin was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in January in cinematographer Halyna Hutchins' death and the injury of director Joel Souza, who was also shot.

According to court documents, Alec Baldwin also waived his first court appearance, which was intended to inform the actor of his rights going forward.
