Police say that they received a report in July, and that they believe the man in his 50s sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman in Lower Truro, N.S.

The accused from Nova Scotia was released in April of this year after finishing his sentence, and has a lifetime ban from accessing the internet or "other digital network."
