Oliva and Noah were the top baby names in Alberta again in 2024. Other popular names include Charlotte, Sophia, Liam and Theodore.

Nova Scotia just released the most popular baby names of 2024, with Theodore topping the list.

Olivia topped the province's list for most popular girl names in 2023, but it was runner up to Sophia in Kitchener. Mila and Henry were also welcomed into the top ten list.

'Olivia' was the top name for girls, with 'Oliver' placing second in the boys category. 'Emma' was the second most popular name for girls.
