Global News is projecting Searle Turton will win the Spruce Grove-Stony Plain seat for the United Conservative Party.
Spruce Grove-Stony Plain is a provincial riding located in greater Edmonton. This riding is currently represented by United Conservative MLA Searle Turton who first took office in 2019.
Turton collected 15,843 votes, winning almost 60 per cent of the vote in the 2019 Alberta provincial election.
NDP candidate Chantal Saramaga-McKenzie is a business owner and former Spruce Grove city councillor.
