UPDATE: A 26-year-old female is in custody in connection with the alleged counterfeit cash. Police have now confirmed the fake bills were U.S. $20’s. RCMP say they will provide an update by noon on Thursday.
KELOWNA–RCMP have been investigating reports of an influx of counterfeit American $50 bills circulating in the Central Okanagan.

On Tuesday night, that investigation led them to a home in the 1800 block of High Rd with a warrant to search for counterfeit money.
RCMP confirm they are questioning a dozen people who were inside the house.
They say they expect to arrest at least four of those individuals.
Police have been called to this notorious drug house several times over the years.
