Two men are dead after a collision in Milton on Sunday evening, the Ontario Provincial Police say.
Emergency crews were called to Highway 401 near Highway 6 just before 9 p.m.
The OPP said that the two men were pronounced dead on scene.
Police said prior to the collision, witnesses reported a silver Jeep Cherokee driving erratically in and out of traffic at high rates of speed.
OPP said the Jeep was stopped partially on the right shoulder and in the right lane when it was struck by a transport truck.

The driver of the truck was not injured, OPP said.
Road closures are in effect at Highway 401 eastbound at Highway 6 west of Guelph line. The closures are expected to last into part of the morning rush hour.
