OPP investigating fatal crash in Puslinch, Ont., involving 4 motorcycles

Wellington County OPP say they are investigating a fatal crash in Puslinch, Ont., on Tuesday night that involved four motorcycles.

Emergency crews were called to the scene on Wellington Road 35 near Gore Road at around 9 p.m.

OPP said four motorcycles were going northbound and a car was going southbound when the crash happened.

 

One man on a motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene, while three others were taken to nearby hospitals — one with serious injuries and two with minor injuries.

Police did not identify the man who died or provide his age.

There were four people in the car and OPP said one was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The roads and a nearby CP Rail train crossing were closed for several hours, but everything was reopened at around 5 a.m. on Wednesday.

Police said the investigation is ongoing but it’s unclear if any charges will be laid.
