“Minter Gardens has been a huge part of our lives,” said co-owner Brian Minter in a release. “It was a once-in-a-lifetime dream to create one of the most beautiful gardens in the world. Few people have the opportunity to live out their dreams so we consider ourselves truly blessed. We thank everyone who has had a hand in our success and shared our vision.”

The last day of operations at the 13-hectare site in Rosedale will be October 14.

Plans for the future of the property are still being finalized.
