MEDICINE HAT, Alta. – Ryan Chyzowski scored his second of the game 1:46 into overtime to lift the Medicine Hat Tigers to a 4-3 win over the Red Deer Rebels on Tuesday in the Western Hockey League.

Elijah Brown and Cole Sillinger both scored power-play goals in regulation for Medicine Hat (41-19-3). Chyzowski scored shorthanded late in the first period.

Josh Tarzwell, Joel Sexmith and Arshdeep Bains supplied the offence for the Rebels (23-33-6). Bains’s goal tied the game 13 minutes into the third.

Tigers goaltender Garin Bjorklund stopped 21 shots. Red Deer’s Ethan Anders made 42 saves.
