CALGARY- The richest neighbourhoods in the country have been revealed by a new survey, and the wealthiest in Calgary likely won’t surprise anyone.
Canadian Business Magazine surveyed communities across Canada, ranking them on net worth, income, home value, debt, lifestyle, even voting preference and how much champagne is consumed.
The top communities in Calgary are Springbank, Bel Aire, Britannia, Mount Royal and Pinnacle Ridge—all in the southwest.
“If you want to fit in to that Calgary neighbourhood, it helps if you’re married, voted conservative, earn more than a half million annually and have a taste for champagne—the denizens there drink more than twice as much bubbly than the national average (no doubt toasting their good luck to be part of the oil patch),” said the magazine.
Here is a look at some of the stunning homes up for grabs in each area.
