Toronto Police Traffic Services says a 17-year-old girl has died after a crash in North York on Monday.
Emergency crews were called to Don Mills Road and Green Belt Drive, just north of Eglinton Avenue, at around 12:05 p.m.
Toronto police said a Beck Taxi and a grey Mazda with four occupants were involved in the collision.
Police said the taxi was driving southbound on Don Mills approaching Green Belt Drive to make a left turn when it made contact with the Mazda, which was travelling northbound on Don Mills.
The Mazda spun out of control and hit a traffic light post.
Investigators said the 17-year-old passenger was trapped inside the Mazda and died on scene.
The driver and two passengers in the Mazda were transported to hospital with minor injuries.

The 43-year-old driver of the taxi did not suffer any physical injuries and remained at the scene, police said.
Police said the northbound lanes on Don Mills Road were closed for the investigation as officers gathered evidence.
