WINNIPEG – A pair of suspended Manitoba Sheriff’s Officers, already facing multiple sex charges, have been arrested once again.
Robert Charles Gordon, 46, and Jackie Erin Burgoyne, 35, years of Winnipeg are facing 3 additional counts of sexual assault after police say two women came forward with complaints this past February.
A 21-year-old woman claims she was in a downtown bar in September 2010 when she was met an unknown man and woman who offered her a ride home which she accepted. The two suspects allegedly drove the victim to their home in the north east part of the city and sexually assaulted her.

Police say a second victim, a 30-year-old woman, also came forward with a similar story. The woman was at a home in the north east part of Winnipeg where she was sexually assaulted by a man and a woman between April 1 and 30, 2012. She was at the home again between July 1 and August 31, 2012, and was sexually assaulted by the pair again after allegedly being forced to consume a type of drug.
Both suspects have been detained at the Provincial Remand Centre.
Prior to Friday’s arrest, the pair was charged in February after similar complaints were made against them in November 2012 by three women. They all claimed they were invited back to the couple’s home where they were allegedly sexually assaulted. Those charges are pending.
The couple also made headlines in 2006 when they appeared in an internet porn video and attempted to sue the film maker.
