The trial of Michael Rafferty, accused of killing young Tori Stafford, started on Monday. The trial started with the judge giving his instructions to the jury before the crown presented it’s case. The crown alleges that Michael Rafferty killed Tori Stafford with multiple hammer blows to her head.
