The hardest hit areas are expected to be the Yorkton and Kamsack regions, with 15-20 cm of snow expected into Tuesday.

There is also the possibility of freezing rain.

Regions bordering the warned areas may receive up to 5 cm of snow.

Brisk northerly winds will also whip the snow around, reducing visibility.
