A pedestrian was taken to hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday morning in Peterborough.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Lansdowne Street East near a hotel just east of River Road South around 6:45 a.m.
One person has been transported to hospital by paramedics.

The driver of a pickup truck remained at the scene, and the age or condition of the pedestrian is not yet known.
Peterborough police are investigating the incident.
