Cera and co-stars Juno Temple and Emily Browning play a group of friends who take a holiday in southern Chile  — only to have things become very dark.

He reportedly lived with Silva’s family in Chile for several months to prepare for the role and learn the language.

“Cera plays a real creep,” wrote Russ Fischer on slashfilm.com. “[He] is quite good in the role.”

Cera, whose credits include Juno and Superbad, plays himself in the upcoming comedy This Is The End.
