Man dies from injuries caused in 15-vehicle crash in New Brunswick

A 69-year-old man has died from injuries he suffered in a 15-car crash near Cocagne, N.B., last week.

New Brunswick RCMP say emergency crews were dispatched to Cocagne Bridge shortly after 9 a.m., on Feb. 26.

The Mounties said at the time that the crash occurred during whiteout conditions, and that crews worked for several hours to clear vehicles.

The 69-year-old man, from Bouctouche, N.B., died on March 3, as a result of his injuries.

The man’s name has not been released at this time.
