Thunder Bay police say a man wanted in connection with a murder investigation has turned himself into Waterloo Regional Police.
Musab Khamis Saboon surrendered at around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, according to a news release.
The 27-year-old man from Kitchener was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant in connection with the murder of 40-year-old Lee Chiodo, whose body was found on Feb. 24.
Police have already arrested two men from Thunder Bay and charged them with first-degree murder and kidnapping.
Saboon is facing the same charges and arrangements are being made to return him to Thunder Bay.
Thunder Bay police had said on Monday afternoon that investigators believed he was in the Waterloo area and was planning to turn himself in.
Police described the murder as a targeted incident.
