She went missing three years ago, but Swan River RCMP are still looking for answers in the disappearance of Lorlene Bone.
Bone, 31 at the time she went missing, called her mother from Sapotaweyak Cree Nation Feb. 29, 2016. It was last time she was heard from.
“This investigation remains active and ongoing,” said RCMP Sgt. Steve Henson Thursday.
“We continue to explore and investigate all potential leads, as it’s our goal to bring Lorlene Bone home to her family.”
Bone, from Wuskwi Siphik Cree Nation, is described as 5’5″, 155 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair. Police said she was known to often dye her hair red or blonde.
Anyone with information is asked to call Swan River RCMP at 204-734-4686 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
