-40 to -50 wind chills continue with beautiful blue skies and sunshine for Valentine’s Day.
Extreme cold warning

Wednesday night and Thursday morning regions east of Prince Albert as well as near the Manitoba border should not be quite as cold as western regions due to more cloud cover.
Be sure to bundle up as frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin.
