Police say nine people have been charged after drugs and a firearm were seized in Parry Sound.
According to West Parry Sound OPP, on Jan. 29 officers executed a search warrant on William Street.
Police say officers seized suspected cocaine, crack, Xanax, liquid codeine and an unknown substance.

Officers estimate the street value of the drugs seized is approximately $12,000.

Police say a homemade firearm and $1,800 in currency were also seized.
As a result, police say nine people were arrested and charged with a number of drug and weapon-related charges.
