WINNIPEG – Police are seeking a 19-year-old in connection with a shooting on Feb. 22 near the Disraeli Bridge.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Sheldon David Contois. Police say he’s considered armed and dangerous and he should not be approached by members of the public.

He’s wanted in connection with a shooting at an apartment building in the 200 block of Talbot Avenue.
He’s described as six feet tall, 150 pounds, thin, with a fair complextion, short brown hair and hazel eyes.
