Flooding Tuesday afternoon shut down SkyTrain service between Columbia and Sapperton stations.
Expo Line service was suspended between the two stations but resumed at around 4:30 p.m.
TransLink said the “issue has been resolved,” but that it will continue to use bus bridges until crowding dissipates.
Regular service remained in operation from Waterfront Station to New West Station, Sapperton Station to Lougheed Station and King George Station to Scott Road Station.
A bus bridge was in place between Sapperton, Braid Station and Columbia Station and New West Station. It was also in place between New West Station, Columbia Station and Scott Road Station.
