1 cup condensed beef consommé or beef stock
¼ cup finely minced onions
¼cup Sriracha sauce
¼ cup water
2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. Minced garlic

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Corn starch
Salt & pepper to taste
In a small pot on medium heat sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil until onions are just tender. Whisk in the consommé, Worcestershire and Sriracha sauces. Turn the heat up to high and bring to a rolling boil. In a small bowl mix the corn starch with the water. Add the corn starch slurry to the sauce whisking quickly so that no lumps form. Boil sauce until thickened. Remove from heat. Serve with cuts of beef.
Makes 2 cups
Enough for 8 servings of beef
