Kingston police arrested a man who they say was caught carrying a duffel bag packed with illegal items.
Police say that they saw the man, who was known to police, walking down Centennial Drive. Police say the man was under several release conditions, so they stopped him to check on him.
According to a police press release, the bag contained needles, various drug paraphernalia and a knife with the blade exposed. He was also allegedly found to be in possession of four bank cards not in his name.
Further investigation revealed the cards were reported stolen from a vehicle the day before and used to make multiple purchases.
