London police seek public’s help locating suspect in July mini-mart armed robbery

Police are asking for the public's help in connection with a mini-mart robbery in July. via the London Police Service

Almost exactly a month after an armed robbery at a mini-mart at Lorne Avenue and English Street, London police are releasing surveillance photos of the suspect wanted in the case.

According to police, a man armed with a gun entered the mini-mart at roughly 2:30 p.m. on July 15. The suspect demanded money and property from the cashier, left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and property, and entered the passenger side of a dark-coloured pickup truck.

No one was injured as a result.

The suspect is described as five-feet-seven-inches tall with a medium build. He had a mask covering his face. He was wearing a tank top and is believed to have a birthmark on his left bicep area as well as a mole near the birthmark.
