Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect accused of breaking into and stealing cash from a business in Orillia.
According to Orillia OPP, on Sunday at around 1 a.m., a suspect entered a business on Atherley Road in the city, taking a quantity of cash before leaving.
Police say the suspect was caught on surveillance footage and was seen wearing a distinctive looking light pair of pants with a stripe down the leg and a distinctive pair of shoes.
Officers are now appealing to the public for help in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to please contact the Orillia OPP at 705-326-3536, or 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be provided anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
