Police are asking for the public’s help in locating the driver of a vehicle that was involved in a fatal head-on crash in northern New Brunswick.
Police say the crash happened shortly after 5 a.m. on Friday along Highway 11 near the Eel River Crossing exit.

Officers believe the pickup truck crossed the centre line and collided head on with a car travelling east
The 37-year-old passenger of the car from Campbellton died at the scene, according to police.
The driver of the car was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the driver of the black GMC Sierra truck fled the scene before police arrived, leaving behind the damaged vehicles behind.

Anyone with information on the driver of the truck is asked to contact Campbellton RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
