New Brunswick RCMP have charged a man from Dundee, N.B., with first-degree murder.Police say that on July 28 they conducted a well-being check on Brigitte Pelletier, 54, at a residence on Splude Street in Dundee, N.B.READ MORE: New Brunswick officials say education needed after death of 13 year-old in so-called ‘choking game’Although they have provided very little information, police say that evidence and information collected at the home have resulted in Pelletier’s husband being charged with first-degree murder.The Mounties say Pelletier’s body has not yet been located.Gilles Moreau, 56, was arrested and appeared before a judge by way of a tele-remand on July 29.WATCH: Supreme Court will not review New Brunswick’s Dennis Oland murder case, new trial to be heard
He was remanded into custody and is now scheduled to appear in Campbellton Provincial Court on July 31 at 1:30 p.m.
