Three fires burning near Peachland

Three fires are burning near Peachland after lightning blanketed the Central Okanagan on Tuesday evening.

The three fires are:

Peachland Creek;

Munro Lake Forest Service Road;

and Mount Eneas.

Most of Tuesday’s firefighting efforts were being directed at a fire burning near Princeton Avenue. Smoke from several other nearby fires is visible throughout the community.
