Crews started knocking down the flames and Saskatoon Light and Power was called in to de-energize the line.

After the fire was brought under control, crews searched the garage to ensure no one was inside and to deal with hot spots.

A fire investigator said the cause of the fire was incendiary and resulted in $10,000 in damage.
