A Peterborough e-bike rider faces several charges, including impaired driving, following a crash last week.
Police say early Wednesday morning, an officer saw a man lose control of his e-bike and crash in the area of Sherbrooke Street.
“While speaking with the driver of the e-bike the officer noted an odour of alcohol coming from the man’s breath,” police said.
Police say a breath test revealed the driver had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
