Kingston Frontenacs lead playoff series after win against North Bay

NORTH BAY, Ont. – Jason Robertson scored twice as the Kingston Frontenacs defeated the North Bay Battalion 4-1 on Tuesday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Kingston now leads the best-of-seven playoff series 2-1.

Gabriel Vilardi had a pair of goals, including the power-play winner 3:04 into the second period.

Jake Henderson scored for the Battalion.

Jeremy Helvig kicked out 31 shots for Kingston. Christian Propp turned aside 27 shots for North Bay.
