Damage is pegged at $250,000 after a fire tore through a home near Omemee on Thursday afternoon.
Crews were called to Centreline Road south of the village around 1:25 p.m.
The cause of the fire isn’t known.
No one was home at the time of the blaze and there were no injuries to firefighters.
Crews will return to the scene on Friday to investigate.
